My loved one had a terrible counselor.

The staff was quite supportive. I did relapse after a few months.

I dont have alot to submit as it was my father who went through treatment and he does not speak about the experience very often. They were understanding compassionate people. However, its distance from the city was a downfall.

Lack of understanding, they herd you through programs without listening and understanding your real issues Their treatments and programs, like most such facilities, are based solely on the paperwork you fill out, which I personally have witnessed many people fill out wrong. They generally stick you in group therapy, even after you've explained that you don't do well around people, then it takes weeks to see an actual Doctor. The mental health system, in this country, is badly broken...

It's clean. Very institutional feeling. I felt like I was mislead by admissions process. I was told one thing on the phone and the reality of the program was way different. I can't recommend the program.
