Coastal Recovery Partners is a trauma-informed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) located in the Greater Portland area of Maine, dedicated to helping adults reclaim their lives from substance use. Our facility provides a structured and empowering environment designed to help clients heal and rebuild with dignity. We believe in a person-centered model that focuses on individual strengths and sustainable wellness rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Our clinical philosophy balances high-quality clinical structure with genuine human connection, ensuring that every client feels safe and supported from their very first interaction. Our primary offering is an Intensive Outpatient Program that features flexible morning, afternoon, and evening tracks to accommodate the diverse schedules of our clients. In addition to our core IOP services, we provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as a vital component of our recovery support. Our treatment model integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), all delivered through a trauma-informed lens that prioritizes emotional regulation and life-skills development. At Coastal Recovery Partners, we are deeply committed to "Guiding the Way Home." This mission extends beyond the initial treatment phase and into robust aftercare and alumni services. By maintaining a small staff-to-client ratio of approximately 1:10, we ensure that each individual receives personalized attention and the accountability necessary for long-term success. Our program is designed to foster connection, providing step-down support, relapse prevention, and community resource coordination to help our clients maintain their wellness long after they leave our doors.
