About Ascend Healthcare - Agoura Hills Outpatient

Ascend Healthcare’s Agoura Hills program helps teens ages 12-17 with mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. They offer day treatment and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) to provide structured support while allowing teens to stay at home. Comprehensive Care for Teens The program includes individual, group, and family therapy, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), art therapy, breathwork, and medication management to help teens heal. A team of therapists, doctors, and teachers create a personalized plan for each teen.
