Allendale was a nightmare. The staff was dangerously unqualified. The nurses look up pts on social media! They let you detox WITHOUT meds! Food is atrocious and they shove free cigarettes at you. Not a "detox" in any way.
Don't believe their 5.0 review. 3 persons in a small room. Changing the top personnel and owners don't care about their clients. Its a fake facade because their IT team work upstairs covering up real real reviews. It's BS. This is a true review.
